and optimize our CRM system. The ideal candidate will play a key role in improving lead management, customer engagement, and sales performance through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the company's CRM system (leads, clients, brokers, and transactions). Ensure accurate data entry, data quality, and regular CRM updates. Analyze leads, customer behavior, sales pipelines, and campaign performance. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports for management. Support sales and marketing teams with CRM insights and lead distribution. Track lead sources, conversion rates, agent performance, and follow-ups. Create dashboards and performance reports using Excel / Power BI (if applicable). Coordinate with IT or CRM vendors for system improvements and troubleshooting. Train sales agents on CRM usage and best practices. Ensure CRM compliance with company policies and data protection standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Analytics, or related field. Minimum

2-4 years of experience

as a CRM Analyst (Real Estate experience preferred). Strong experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Property CRM, etc.). Advanced knowledge of

Excel

; Power BI or similar tools is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced real estate environment. Candidates currently in the UAE will be preferred.
