We are looking for a

Zoho CRM Developer / Analyst

who can independently design, develop, and customize Zoho CRM modules to meet business requirements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building workflows, automation, reports, and integrations while ensuring smooth functionality across departments.

You will work closely with management and internal teams to understand process needs, optimize CRM usage, and enhance data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop

custom Zoho CRM modules

, fields, layouts, and dashboards. Create and manage

workflows, automation, and blueprints

to streamline business operations. Customize

CRM functions

using Deluge scripting and ensure system efficiency. Integrate Zoho CRM with other Zoho applications (Books, Projects, Creator, etc.) and third-party tools. Analyze existing processes and recommend

system improvements

to enhance productivity. Troubleshoot technical issues and implement timely solutions. Ensure

data integrity and accuracy

across all CRM modules. Prepare reports, performance metrics, and analytics as required by management. Work

independently

on CRM development projects with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum

2-3 years of hands-on experience

in Zoho CRM development. Strong understanding of

Deluge scripting, API integration

, and Zoho ecosystem. Proven experience in

module creation and customization

. Ability to work independently and deliver results within deadlines. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and documentation abilities.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
