Responsibilities:
1.Carry out planned maintenance on all items of crane equipment, keeping to the high standards as laid down by the company, for both safety and reliability.
2. To ensure maximum operational availability of equipment by conducting periodic diagnostic work and repairs.
3.To undertake work in a safe manner in compliance with safety regulations and procedures as defined by company
4.To keep the Supervisors and other technicians informed of progress & problems to ensure smooth flow of communication.
5.To maintain tidiness and cleanliness of workshop facilities and all equipment thereby creating a safe and healthy work environment.
6.Carry out fault diagnosis on the equipment and ascertain the cause of defects, repair methods, and spare part requirements.
