Job Description
A global law firm is seeking a talented Senior Associate to join its expanding corporate team in the Middle East. The group advises on complex cross-border M&A, private equity, venture capital, and investment structures for major corporates, sovereign wealth funds, and leading financial sponsors.
The Opportunity
Lead on high-value corporate transactions with direct client access Draft and negotiate core documentation including SPAs, JVs, and shareholder arrangements Manage due diligence, disclosure, and closing processes Develop trusted client relationships and commercial sector insight Mentor junior lawyers and play an active role in knowledge sharing Engage in business development with a view toward long-term progression Opportunity for client secondments and international mobility within the network
You Will Bring
6-10 PQE in M&A, PE, VC, or investment funds Experience in a reputable international firm Strong drafting, negotiation, and client-handling skills Excellent written and spoken English Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset Ability to work collaboratively across global teams
Arabic language skills are beneficial but not essential.
