Key Responsibilities

• Support mergers and acquisitions, new investments, and project evaluations in collaboration with the Corporate Development Unit (CDU).
• Prepare and review financial models, feasibility studies, and valuation analyses using DCF and LBO methodologies.
• Conduct due diligence and summarize key findings for senior decision-makers.
• Guide divisions on capital structuring and funding optimization strategies.
• Perform scenario analysis and financial ratio assessment to evaluate group performance and risk exposure.
• Manage financial modeling for capital allocation, credit ratings, and consolidated group forecasts.
• Prepare funding analysis and coordinate equity and intercompany loan structures.
• Monitor cash positions, dividends, and intercompany settlements in coordination with treasury and liquidity teams.
• Conduct market research on valuation trends, benchmark returns, and credit conditions.
• Ensure compliance with Al-Futtaim Group's Stage Gate process for investment opportunities.

Ideal Profile

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or Law; professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or Chartered Accountant preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or financial advisory.
• Advanced Excel and VBA proficiency with a deep understanding of financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Experience using Bloomberg, SAP, or equivalent financial systems.
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance principles, accounting, and capital markets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
