Position Overview

The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, shaping scalable HR structures, guiding workforce transitions during mergers and acquisitions, and enabling a culture of performance, growth, and compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of organizational design and workforce optimization strategies to improve business performance.
  • Drive transformation and restructuring programs during mergers, acquisitions, and business realignments.
  • Build HR frameworks, talent pipelines, and capability models for new sectors and markets.
  • Design and implement talent management, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
  • Provide strategic advice on performance management, retention, and employee engagement.
  • Ensure adherence to HR governance, internal controls, UAE labor law, and Emiratization objectives.
  • Oversee HR budgeting, manpower analytics, and data-driven decision-making for workforce efficiency.
  • Partner with senior executives to promote a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
  • Lead change management initiatives that align business strategy with HR processes.
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology (CIPD preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a senior HR Business Partner role.
  • Proven experience in organizational design, workforce transformation, and HR strategy development.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor regulations and HR governance standards.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing complex, multi-sector business environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
