Corporate Sales Manager - Global Markets Solutions Abu Dhabi
Position Overview
First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is hiring a Corporate Sales Manager to join the Global Markets division. This role focuses on delivering structured Global Markets solutions-including derivatives, FX, and commodities-to large corporate and commercial banking clients. The ideal candidate will have deep product knowledge, strong client relationship skills, and a track record of meeting sales and revenue targets in financial markets.

What You'll Do

• Drive Global Markets product sales to large corporates within the Corporate and Commercial Banking Group segment
• Meet individual and team revenue, margin, and volume targets across assigned portfolios
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through tailored solutions and proactive engagement
• Price, structure, and sell multi-asset class products including FX, FX Options, Interest Rate Derivatives, Commodities, Equities, TRS, and Islamic Products
• Collaborate with internal teams including Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Documentation to ensure seamless transaction execution
• Maintain 100% compliance with all operational and regulatory standards
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and optimize client FX flows to increase wallet share
• Respond to client inquiries with high levels of service to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Support the development and implementation of sales strategies aligned with market conditions and client needs
• Utilize systems such as Bloomberg, Murex, and Super Derivatives for pricing and structuring

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of banking experience, with at least 8 years in financial markets and direct client-facing roles
• Strong knowledge of Global Markets products, pricing models, and client sales processes
• Proficient in Murex, Bloomberg, and other financial systems for pricing and analytics
• Team player with excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure, manage complex client portfolios, and drive results
• Regional or foreign language skills are a plus
