Associate Relationship Manager - PCG Segment - First Abu Dhabi Bank - Abu Dhabi, UAE
Position Overview
This Associate Relationship Manager role supports First Abu Dhabi Bank's Private Corporates Group (PCG) by helping manage large account portfolios, onboarding new clients, maintaining credit quality, and ensuring strong day-to-day client service. The position is designed for banking professionals who can balance relationship management, credit analysis, and operational excellence while supporting revenue growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Support onboarding of new PCG clients and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts.
• Assist in developing Term Sheets, Information Memorandums, Mandate Letters, and related origination documents.
• Help prepare for client pitches and negotiations alongside senior team members.
• Address clients' day-to-day banking needs with support from team members when required.
• Ensure client satisfaction remains high and contributes to target NPS results.
• Collaborate closely with product teams, credit, international banking, and other business units.
• Support divisional and bank-wide initiatives as assigned.
• Follow all policies, SOPs, and compliance guidelines to ensure controlled and consistent operations.
• Conduct periodic reviews of credit, operational, and compliance risks within the assigned portfolio.
• Manage daily administrative and transactional activities including documentation follow-ups and pipeline updates.
• Ensure internal processes for existing and new clients comply with bank standards.
• Handle KYC and AML requirements in line with the bank's policies and regulatory expectations.
• Ensure timely submission of credit reviews and fulfill all agreed conditions.
• Maintain client files and documentation with strong audit standards.
• Meet KPIs related to ORM, BCP, compliance, and internal audit.
• Produce accurate periodic reports and statements for internal stakeholders.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related discipline.
• Three to five years of experience in corporate or investment banking.
• Basic understanding of the corporate and investment banking environment.
• Knowledge of FAB's products, business strategy, and customer segments is preferred.
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple units.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal).
• Skilled in financial statement review and basic credit analysis.
• Strong data analysis and financial modelling capabilities.
• Able to work under pressure and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
• Proficient in MS Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
