Job Location: Abu Dhabi Brief: Annual Report Editorial & Project Management Support Objective
To support the development of the organisation s Annual Report through high-quality editorial, content, and project management expertise, ensuring timely delivery, narrative coherence, and bilingual accuracy (English Arabic). Scope of Work 1. Editorial and Content Development

• Review and refine report structure, themes, and storyline in alignment with leadership direction and organisational achievements.
• Edit and proofread English content for clarity, tone, and consistency.
• Liaise with internal contributors to refine written submissions and ensure alignment with the overall narrative.
• Draft or adapt short sections, captions, and highlights as needed to complete the report.

2. Translation Coordination and Arabic Version

• Oversee the translation process into Arabic, ensuring linguistic accuracy and consistency of tone.
• Coordinate with translation vendors or internal language teams for timely delivery.
• Review translated text for alignment with the English version and key messages.
• Conduct bilingual checks of layout proofs before final sign-off.

3. Project Management

• Develop and maintain a detailed project timeline, milestones, and responsibilities matrix.
• Coordinate inputs from departments, designers, translators, and reviewers.
• Track progress, flag delays, and ensure version control and approvals are properly managed.
• Support the production phase (design, layout, and proofreading) through to publication.

Profile Requirements

• Proven experience in producing or managing annual or corporate reports.
• Strong editorial and storytelling background (government, corporate, or institutional communications preferred).
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• Bilingual (English Arabic) preferred; English-only candidates will be considered if strong translation coordination skills are demonstrated.
