Our client, a leading luxury developer in Abu Dhabi, is seeking experienced Coordinators to support an exclusive island community. The role involves delivering premium concierge and property management services to residents from the moment they purchase their property, ensuring a seamless and personalized service experience.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional concierge support and property management coordination
Assist residents with personalized service requests, move-in arrangements, and daily needs
Maintain high standards of communication and customer service
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth service delivery
Manage administrative and coordination tasks with strong attention to detail
Uphold a polished, professional, and customer-focused demeanor at all times
Requirements
Minimum
2 years of relevant experience in the UAE
(Dubai/Abu Dhabi preferred)
Fluent English communication -- verbal and written
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Positive attitude with a commitment to luxury-level service excellence
Ability to provide
1-2 professional reference/experience letters
Open to all nationalities with excellent English communication
