Job Description

As an

Off-Plan Sales Assistant

, you'll support our growing real estate investor portfolio and sales leads by managing documentation, coordinating developer processes, and ensuring every client interaction is seamless. You'll play a critical role in helping clients move from inquiry to investment, and work closely with our property managers and off-plan sales consultants.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with developers and sales agents on off-plan project launches, inventory availability, and reservation forms Assist in organizing viewing schedules, project presentations, and meetings with clients Handle client documentations (MOU, POA, etc.) Track sales progress and ensure clients meet payment plan milestones Liaise with property managers and handover teams to transition buyers from sale to property management Maintain CRM records, dashboards, and reporting for weekly sales updates Communicate with international and local clients in a professional, confident manner Provide after-sales assistance including handover, snagging coordination, and tenancy listing preparation

What We're Looking For

1-3 years of experience

in real estate, sales support, or property management (good to have but not mandatory) Familiarity with

off-plan property

sales process is a

plus

(not mandatory) Excellent

written and verbal communication

skills in English Tech-savvy, computer literate, with strong experience in

CRM systems

(e.g., Zoho) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace Strong attention to detail, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities Confident, reliable, and proactive in following up with clients and stakeholders Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
