Position Overview
The Contracts Management Coordinator role supports contracts administration and coordination activities for Azizi Developments projects in Dubai. This position plays a key role in ensuring contracts, subcontracts, and related documentation are prepared, tracked, and managed in line with company procedures and project requirements within the real estate and construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow organizational standard operating procedures and ensure compliance across all contracts-related activities
  • Draft letters of award, contracts, subcontracts, and official correspondence under the guidance of the Contracts Manager or Senior Contract Administrator
  • Support pre-contract activities including coordination, documentation preparation, and internal approvals
  • Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to collect quotations, comparative statements, and required contractual information
  • Ensure internal team requirements are met as projects progress and contractual needs evolve
  • Track contract documentation and monitor signing, approval, and formalization of contracts, subcontracts, and letters of award
Document Management
  • Establish, manage, and enforce document control processes for all contracts, subcontracts, letters of award, and letters of intent
  • Coordinate with central procurement and document control teams to ensure original signed documents are received and properly filed
  • Maintain separate and organized contract files for accurate record keeping
  • Update and monitor the status of pending contracts, subcontracts, letters of award, and letters of intent
Ideal Profile
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in contracts coordination or administration
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Construction, or a related discipline
  • Previous experience as a Contracts Coordinator or in a similar role
  • Background in real estate or construction projects
  • Basic knowledge of FIDIC contracts; certification is an added advantage
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure without compromising quality
  • Detail-oriented, independent, and solution-focused mindset
  • Good communication skills and stakeholder coordination ability
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel
