Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Contracting Executive

to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and finalizing contracts with hotels, transport providers, tour operators, and other travel service partners. Your focus will be on building competitive and high-quality travel packages by leveraging strong industry relationships and market intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

Negotiate and secure competitive rates, terms, and room allocations with suppliers (hotels, transport companies, and other travel providers). Establish and maintain long-term, positive relationships with partners to ensure quality services and preferential terms. Monitor supplier performance and promptly address service issues or disputes. Conduct market research to identify new destinations, products, and business opportunities. Analyze competitor offerings, pricing, and trends to maintain a competitive edge. Collaborate closely with Sales and Product teams to develop attractive travel packages. Maintain a centralized, accurate database of all contracts and amendments. Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and supplier meetings as required. Track and manage contract expiration dates to ensure timely renewals and updates.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.

Languages:

Proficiency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) is preferred.

Technical Skills:

Strong computer literacy;

API

integration knowledge is an asset.

Experience:

Previous experience in a contracting or travel product role is highly desirable. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to analyze data and trends to make informed decisions. Willingness to travel occasionally for supplier visits and industry events.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
