Manage the full lifecycle of eCommerce content (product listings, imagery, descriptions, brand banners, promotional assets) from creation through to go-live and ongoing maintenance.
Develop, monitor and continuously improve content operations workflows, ensuring timely delivery, strong SLAs, adherence to brand guidelines and data accuracy.
Coordinate with merchandising, marketing, design, product and logistics teams to ensure content readiness aligns with promotional campaigns, launches and inventory availability.
Ensure quality control / QA of content: verifying accuracy, adherence to style guide/brand tone, SEO optimised copy, correct categorisation and visual presentation.
Act as the primary operational hub for content systems (PIM, CMS, DAM) - managing content asset imports/exports, metadata, workflow tools and issue escalation.
Analyse content performance, track KPIs (e.g., time-to-go-live, product readiness, error-rates, conversion impact) and provide actionable insights to improve operations and user experience.
Drive process automation and system enhancements to remove manual bottlenecks and scale content operations as the eCommerce business grows.
Maintain vendor/agency relationships (if applicable) for content creation and production, ensuring deliverables meet quality, cost and timeline expectations.
Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration within the content operations team.
