Position Overview
Content and Marketing Executive role in Dubai supporting e-commerce content, catalog accuracy, and digital marketing operations for Sharaf DG. This position focuses on managing large product datasets, optimizing listings for SEO, and coordinating with internal teams and external agencies to ensure high-quality content delivery across online and retail channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update product titles, descriptions, bullet points, specifications, images, and attributes across the e-commerce platform
  • Handle bulk uploads and attribute management using PIM systems such as Akeneo or similar platforms
  • Ensure smooth data flow between ERP, PIM, and website systems
  • Conduct regular audits to validate content accuracy, category mapping, and facet filters
  • Create and manage product variants to improve catalog structure and user navigation
  • Optimize product content for SEO including titles, metadata, and structured data best practices
  • Support implementation of on-page SEO improvements to enhance visibility and rankings
  • Coordinate with content agencies to allocate tasks, monitor turnaround times, and ensure quality standards
  • Maintain trackers, dashboards, and reports to monitor content progress and accuracy
  • Collaborate with category and marketing teams on campaign planning and execution
  • Support POS marketing by aligning product data and campaign updates across systems
  • Process seller and internal requests for content updates, listing activation or deactivation, and issue resolution
  • Coordinate with vendors for content deliverables and timelines
  • Create, track, and manage purchase orders related to content and marketing services
  • Prepare performance reports on content quality, SEO optimization, and catalog health
  • Conduct root cause analysis for catalog or data synchronization issues and coordinate fixes with IT teams
Ideal Profile
  • Three to five years of experience in product content management, cataloging, or e-commerce operations
  • Hands-on experience with PIM platforms such as Akeneo, Salsify, or similar tools
  • Strong proficiency in Excel including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data validation
  • Working knowledge of SEO principles, structured data, and schema markup
  • Experience coordinating with agencies, vendors, and handling purchase orders
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets efficiently
