Construction Site Translator / Bilingual Supervisor / Foreman

(Note: This position is being recruited on behalf of our labor subcontractor.)

We are hiring a

bilingual site translator / supervisor / foreman

who understands construction site operations and can communicate fluently across multiple languages. The role is critical for ensuring smooth coordination between Chinese management and multicultural site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Translate and interpret between

Chinese, English, Hindi and Urdu

on the construction site. Communicate safety rules, technical requirements, and daily instructions clearly to site workers. Assist supervisors and foremen in manpower and task coordination. Translate site meetings, notices, and documents as required. Report site progress and issues to management in a timely manner.

Requirements:

Must be

currently residing in the UAE

. Familiar with construction site procedures and safety standards. Proficiency in

Chinese + English + Hindi + Urdu

. Previous experience in construction projects as translator, foreman, or supervisor is preferred. Good communication and coordination skills.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary range:

AED 3,000 - 6,000

per month. Accommodation and transportation may be provided (depending on company policy).
