We are looking for an experienced Site Civil Supervisor (Foreman) to oversee and coordinate site activities for building construction and finishing works. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing site labor, ensuring quality control, and maintaining timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site operations.
Monitor civil and finishing work progress (Excavation , Carpentry & Steel Fixing , block work, plastering, painting, tiling, etc.).
Ensure work is done as per drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and site labor.
Maintain site safety and cleanliness.
Prepare daily progress reports.
Requirements:
Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years experience in construction (preferably UAE/GCC).
Strong knowledge of structural and finishing works.
Ability to read drawings and manage workforce on-site.
Good communication and leadership skills.
