Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and experienced
Construction Site Supervisor
to oversee daily operations on construction sites and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, practical construction knowledge, and a commitment to high-quality workmanship and site safety.Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor, Foreman, or similar role. In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSH guidelines. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and drawings. Strong problem-solving and communication abilities. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or diploma in construction management or related field is a plus. Fresher's can also apply
