Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced

Site Supervisor / Foreman

with a strong background in both

swimming pool construction

and

general building projects

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site activities, coordinating with various teams, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate site activities for swimming pool and building construction projects. Assign daily tasks to site workers and subcontractors based on project requirements. Ensure all construction activities are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines. Monitor site progress and report daily to the Project Manager or Site Engineer. Conduct quality inspections to ensure workmanship meets required standards. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and environmental regulations. Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations. Manage site resources including materials, equipment, and manpower efficiently. Maintain accurate site documentation including daily logs, attendance records, and progress reports. Address on-site issues promptly and ensure resolution to avoid delays.

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma/ Bachelors in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical qualification. Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in swimming pool and building construction. Strong knowledge of civil, MEP works, waterproofing, and finishing. Ability to interpret construction drawings and project specifications. Proven experience managing labor teams and subcontractors. Familiarity with construction safety practices and regulatory compliance. Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
