We are seeking a highly skilled chinese speaker and multilingual

Construction Supervisor

with proven experience in construction projects and preferably steel structure projects within the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities, ensuring project standards and safety regulations are met, and efficiently managing a multicultural team. Strong communication skills in

Chinese, English, and Urdu/Hindi

are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day steel structure construction activities on-site. Lead and manage a team of workers, ensuring adherence to project plans and deadlines. Translate and facilitate communication between Chinese-speaking engineers/clients and the multicultural labor force. Monitor work progress, inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Maintain accurate records of site operations, including daily reports, material usage, and manpower deployment. Ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed and conduct regular toolbox talks. Liaise with project engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project flow.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the UAE construction industry, preferably with

steel structure projects

. Proven supervisory experience on construction sites. Fluent in

Chinese (Mandarin), English, and Urdu/Hindi

(spoken and written preferred). Strong knowledge of construction drawings, site coordination, and safety procedures. Ability to lead a team from diverse cultural backgrounds. Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Valid UAE driving license is a plus.

Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per month
