Hello All,We are looking to hire Concept DesignersWe are seeking a visionary Concept Designer with a strong passion for luxury yacht design to join our dynamic creative team. You will play a key role in shaping the early design phase of custom and semi-custom yachts, blending innovation, aesthetics, and functionality. Your role will involve transforming client aspirations into inspiring, forward-thinking concepts that push the boundaries of marine design.?Key Responsibilities:

Develop and visualize original yacht concepts (exterior and/or interior) from initial sketches to high-quality presentations.

Collaborate with naval architects, interior designers, and engineers to ensure concepts are feasible and aligned with technical requirements.

Create mood boards, 2D/3D renderings, and conceptual presentations for client approvals and internal reviews.

Conduct market research and trend analysis to drive fresh, competitive, and innovative design directions.

Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and brainstorming sessions.

Support the development of scale models and prototypes where required.

Maintain a deep understanding of materials, finishes, and detailing specific to the luxury marine industry.?Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Design, Transportation Design, Marine Design, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in concept design, preferably in yacht, automotive, or luxury product design.

Strong sketching and visual storytelling skills.

Proficiency in design tools such as Rhino, Alias, Adobe Creative Suite, KeyShot, V-Ray, Blender, or similar.

Knowledge of yacht design standards, marine materials, and spatial ergonomics.

Strong attention to detail, creativity, and understanding of luxury aesthetics.

Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.Preferred Skills:

Experience with VR/AR tools for immersive presentations.

Understanding of sustainability and innovation in marine design.

Prior experience working with high-end yacht builders or design studios.

Work on globally recognized yacht projects.

Collaborate with some of the most talented minds in marine design.
