Experiential Concept Designer

25,000 AED/Month + Benefits
This role required 4+ years experience in a creative or concept development role within an agency or brand experience environment. They need someone with proven experience working on large-scale brand activations, campaigns or events and a background in visual communication, graphic design, advertising or similar.
Requirements:

• Design and develop original, high-impact concepts for brand activations, campaign platforms, and spatial storytelling, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and client expectations.
• Interpret brand guidelines and translate them into compelling creative narratives that engage, inspire, and elevate consumer experiences.
• Collaborate closely with strategy, client servicing, creative, and 3D design teams to shape concepts that are relevant, trend-forward, and rooted in brand purpose.
• Craft strategic creative frameworks that guide project execution while allowing room for innovation and cultural relevance.
• Visualize and communicate ideas through mood boards, sketching, storytelling decks, and reference imagery.
• Develop story arcs, creative narratives, and conceptual themes that guide overall look and feel.
• Stay updated on global design, branding, and cultural trends to infuse fresh thinking into every project.
• Mentor junior designers, provide feedback, and contribute to a collaborative and high-performing creative culture.

Skills Required:

• Ability to ideate and deliver compelling creative solutions in response to client briefs, pitch decks, and internal initiatives.
• Strong conceptual storytelling and narrative development skills, with the ability to articulate rationale both visually and verbally.
• Experience building brand worlds through tone of voice, visual references, and multi-sensory concept development.
• Ability to lead the conceptual phase and translate ideas into scalable creative executions.
• Collaborate with art directors, 3D designers, and strategists to ensure cohesion across all touchpoints.
• Contribute to creative presentations and ensure the visual polish and strategic integrity of deliverables.
• Understand materials, formats, and presentation flow to deliver ideas that are both aspirational and executable.
