We are looking for a talented and creative Concept Designer specializing in residential projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong conceptual design skills and the ability to transform ideas into innovative and functional villa and housing concepts. You will play a key role in shaping unique residential designs while ensuring compliance with local authority requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop original concept designs for residential projects, from sketches to detailed 3D visualizations.

- Use Revit for modeling and documentation and Lumion for high-quality renderings and presentations.

- Collaborate with senior architects and design teams to refine and present creative residential concepts.

- Ensure all designs comply with Dubai Municipality codes and local authority regulations.

- Prepare design presentations, diagrams, and mood boards for client discussions.

- Research and integrate innovative materials, sustainable solutions, and design trends into residential projects.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.

- Proven experience in concept design for residential projects (villas, housing, or luxury homes).

- Strong proficiency in Revit and Lumion.

- Excellent conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong visual presentation and graphic communication skills.

- Knowledge of Dubai Municipality codes and submission processes for residential developments.

- Creativity, attention to detail, and passion for innovative residential design.
