Job Description

We are seeking a

highly creative and experienced Lead Concept Designer

with a strong background in

interior fit-out design

and a proven track record in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will bring innovative design thinking, expert knowledge of Revit, and emerging proficiency in AI-powered design tools to lead and inspire concept development from brief to presentation stage.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the conceptualization

of high-impact interior fit-out projects across commercial, hospitality, retail, and residential sectors. Translate client briefs into compelling design narratives, mood boards, sketches, and 3D visual concepts. Oversee and guide the design team to ensure concept integrity throughout project development. Develop conceptual design packages using Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite. Utilize AI tools for ideation, design visualization, trend forecasting, and rapid prototyping. Stay current on global design trends and apply relevant insights to local market demands. Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and clients to ensure creative and practical outcomes. Present concepts confidently to clients, internal stakeholders, and consultants.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in concept design within the UAE interior fit-out industry. Strong proficiency in

Revit

, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Working knowledge of AI-based design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALLE, ChatGPT, or others) is a must. Excellent freehand sketching and 3D conceptualization skills. Strong leadership and communication skills; able to mentor junior designers. Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
