Jobs at this level are responsible to ensure that Preservation tasks assigned are properly implemented as per work standards and procedures.
Responsibilities:

• Ability to undertake Preservation tasks upon receipt of material at warehouse, post installation till handover of the same to the client.
• Ability to work on latest preservation methodologies including VCI, Blanketing, mechanical and electrical protection system under supervision.
• Familiar with all piping, equipment, Electrical systems and Control System hardware
• Familiar using Preservation document: P&ID, Equipment layout, Line list, Equipment GA, lubrication schedule, O&M manuals.
• Ensure that all PPE, PTW & HSE requirements are adhered to when at worksite.
• Receives Project documentation and understands Scope of Work related to his discipline.
• Identify test equipment required to complete testing at worksite and ensure all testing equipment are in safe operating condition prior use.
• Interfaces with other disciplines to ensure integration of activities.
• Undertake tests for various items under Preservation.
• Preparation of method statements, procedures and routines where required.
• Reports on work progress, bringing to notice potential problems or delays and recommends solutions.
• Check for completeness of pre-commissioning status index and commissioning technical database for Preservation Systems.
• Plan, Monitor and assist in Vendor activities as required.
• Ensure availability temporary supplies and commissioning spares are adequate for the subsystem testing.
• Collection and return of materials from stores for the respective discipline.
• Maintain time sheets for the assigned technicians.

Compliance in accordance with HSE Standard.
Qualifications:

• Diploma in Engineering.
• Minimum _10__ year's relevant experience.
