Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items under supervision.
Ensure all ingredients are properly measured, portioned, and stored.
Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized workstation at all times.
Support in receiving, checking, and storing deliveries properly.
Follow all food hygiene and safety standards as per company and regulatory requirements.
Assist in daily mise-en-place for the section as instructed by the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.
Learn and apply proper cooking techniques and recipes.
Report any kitchen equipment issues or maintenance needs promptly.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure timely and quality food service.
Adhere to company policies and kitchen operating procedures.
