We are looking for a dedicated
Mise en Place Chef (Hot & Cold)- Preparation Section
to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in preparing ingredients, maintaining kitchen readiness, and supporting chefs during service to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients for daily operations, including cutting, marinating, portioning, and storing.
Ensure all mise en place is completed accurately and on time for each section.
Maintain freshness, quality, and hygiene standards during preparation and storage.
Label, date, and organize all prepped items according to food safety guidelines.
Assist chefs during service by replenishing items and maintaining workflow efficiency.
Follow kitchen procedures, recipes, and portion control standards.
Keep workstations clean, sanitized, and well-organized at all times.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a
Commis Chef
or in a
mise en place/prep role
preferred.
Basic knowledge of kitchen operations, knife skills, and food hygiene.
Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the culinary field.
