Role: Commis Chef - Hot & Oriental Kitchen
We are seeking a motivated
Commis Chef - Hot & Oriental Kitchen
to support our culinary team in Dubai. The ideal candidate has hands-on kitchen experience and a passion for preparing a range of cuisines.
Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and cooking Arabic, Oriental, and international dishes
Support chefs with mise en place and daily prep work
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in assigned kitchen areas
Follow food safety standards and portion control guidelines
Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality meals on time
Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience in hotels, restaurants, or catering
Practical knowledge of hot kitchen operations and Oriental cuisine
Team player with strong communication skills
Committed to food quality, safety, and hygiene
