Prepare and execute a diverse range of breakfast dishes including classics and innovative creations.
Ensure breakfast items are cooked to perfection and meet quality standards.
Assist in various sections of kitchen, supporting senior chefs and ensuring smooth operations
Helping with ingredient preparation, portioning and cooking under supervision
Work with the team to maintain high culinary standards and consistent quality.
Keeping an organized and tidy work area
Close follow up on items and food products expiry date.
Ensure all hygiene standards are met and kept within the outlet environment
Ensure all opening and closing checklists are compiled all the time
Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality control
