What You'll Do:

Lead a small team (3-4 cooks) with confidence and care Keep our recipes consistent, our dishes beautiful, and our service tight Own the kitchen's rhythm:

inventory, prep, cleanliness, and timing

Contribute fresh ideas and new recipes when inspiration (or the boss) calls Maintain a kitchen that's spotless, efficient, and full of good energy

You'll have variety, creative input, and the space to shine -- all while keeping quality at the heart of every plate.

You Are:

Experienced in cafe or casual dining kitchens Calm under pressure, clean in your work, and clear with your team Proud of your standards, but always hungry to improve A believer that even a sandwich can be made with care and character Should preferably have a valid PIC Preferably on a visit or transferable visa
