Role:

We are looking for a Consultant / Associate Manager in Dubai / UAE who will participate in developing the commerce function within Accenture Song ME. While the role envisages both business development and service delivery responsibilities, the focus would be more on delivering solutions from the commerce portfolio, focused around commerce operations (merchandizing, onsite marketing, product content) and Commerce Product management. The role would also support Client Management and Increasing Sales Pipeline and in for their respective account/portfolio through ideas of business transformation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Project Delivery that might include supervising a team of Analysts / consultants
• Business development and Relationship management for clients
• Identify key customer requirements and define the right solution to meet these
• requirements
• Explore opportunity, cultivate, allocate and coordinate resources to improve the
• projects with successful rate
• Develop and strengthen customer relationship by organizing various marketing
• activities

MANAGING INTERNAL PROCESSES

• Working closely with Sales Team to complete sales targets.
• Define solution/product sales strategy, roadmap and implement through frequent
• communications with customers.
• Prepare bidding materials (technical proposal, soc, quotation) for tenders
• General solutioning skills (bring solution components together with all contributing experts)

• Managing internal business operations processes
• Tracking business/project KPIs and delivering the Sales/Revenue/Margin

EXPERIENCE

• A minimum of 6 years of progressive business/industry and consulting experience ecommerce operations, DtC, eRetail, Project management and Product Management
• Should be an Industry/business oriented person from the Beauty, CG and luxury and fashion industry
• Solid experience in Digital Transformation, Omnichannel, Digital Decoupling (e.g.
• Governance, PMO, Delivery coordination)
