Kinetic is working with a growing Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Clinical Manager - Middle East to be based in Dubai.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Acting as a trusted customer advisor to deliver product education and nurture profitable growth within the region.
- Providing clinical support and education to the sales and marketing team.
- Educating existing customers on Wound Care products to ensure they are used effectively in the clinical environment.
- Developing Key Opinion Leader (KOL) and advocate relationships to increase their support, usage, and advocacy.
- Monitoring competitor activities and product news in order to keep the organization updated on the current healthcare environment
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, National Training Manager, etc.
- Open for candidates who are interested to relocate to the UAE.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Life Science related.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in the healthcare clinical setting or private company (sales background) on wound care products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload and demonstrate a logical approach to problem-solving.
- Previous experience in training or sales.
- Results-oriented and a good team player.
