Job Description

Our client will be located in the lower parking area of the silicone oasis mall. This is their first clinic they are setting up with plans to open more. They will have a GP practice with 7 specialities also, including Gynecology, cardiology, paediatric, dental, radiology, orthopedic and beauty. They plan to open the clinic towards the end of June. The facilities are modern and the clinic is currently being custom made by the construction team.

Who you are
ou are a detail-oriented and qualified as General Practitioner/Clinic Manager that has both Administrative and medical task to complete duties and responsibilities in day-to-day operations of clinic.

Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong clinical experience;
  • Administration/Management Experience;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application;
  • Strong written and oral communication skills:
  • Strong decision making;
  • Strong experience on the Health care system.
Education & Qualifications:
  • MBBS or Above with DHA License;
  • At least 8-12 years of overall experience, including 5-9 years of UAE experience;
  • Driver\'s License is a must.
Description
As General Practitioner / Clinic Manager have both administrative and medical tasks to complete, their duties and responsibilities vary. Day-to-day duties and responsibilities include:
  • Oversee daily clinic operations;
  • Develop, implement, and monitor the clinic\'s budget;
  • Take inventory, and order necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Hire and train new employees;
  • Create new policies and procedures and ensure they make staff aware of new changes;
  • Supervise staff and complete routine performance reviews;
  • Ensure the healthcare facility is following provincial/territorial and federal healthcare regulations;
  • Update patient medical records;
  • Complying with all legislation applicable to practising medicine;
  • Conducting physical examinations, tests, or procedures to diagnose patients;
  • Maintaining accurate medical records for all patients;
  • Making recommendations for lifestyle changes to improve the patient\'s quality of life;
  • Prescribing medication, treatment, or therapy to patients;
  • Explaining test results and medical procedures to patients
  • Training junior Doctors and other healthcare professionals;
  • Consulting with other Doctors about the specialized needs of some patients.
