Client Service Executive
to join our team inDubai Silicon Oasis
.Key Responsibilities:
Manage client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and friendly manner Assist customers with purchasing car, health, travel insurance through our online platform Liaise with internal teams to ensure accurate policy processing and timely follow up Maintain detailed records in CRM; track client issues until resolved
What You Bring:
Excellent communication skills and Fluency in English Strong computer skills -- comfortable with CRM systems, email, MS Office/Google Sheets A customer-first mindset; problem solver who can think on their feet Ability to work both independently and as part of a team 1-2 years experience in experience in any industry
