Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding property inquiries, viewings, and documentation.
Coordinate with the sales and leasing teams to schedule property visits and follow-ups.
Respond to client queries via email, phone, or in-person promptly and professionally.
Assist clients in completing paperwork, agreements, and documentation related to property transactions.
Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems regularly.
Ensure smooth handover processes and post-sales support, including feedback collection.
Collaborate with other departments (legal, marketing, finance) to resolve client issues efficiently.
Follow up with potential leads and help convert inquiries into successful transactions.
Provide updates to clients on market trends, new property listings, and investment opportunities.
Handle complaints or escalations with empathy and solution-focused communication.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in real estate or a similar industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Customer-oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
