Client Service Executive - Signage

is responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the successful execution of signage-related projects. This role typically exists within advertising, branding, or signage production companies and involves a mix of account management, project coordination, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Understand client needs, goals, and brand guidelines. Maintain long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

Project Coordination

Liaise with internal teams (designers, production, installation) to execute signage projects. Create and manage project timelines. Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery.

Quoting and Proposals

Prepare cost estimates and quotations. Assist in the development of proposals and presentations.

Quality Control

Ensure signage meets client expectations and quality standards. Conduct site visits or inspections if necessary.

Problem-Solving

Handle client complaints or concerns effectively. Find timely resolutions to production or installation issues.

Key Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and organizational abilities. Project management skills. Knowledge of signage materials, production methods, and installation processes. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of design software or signage file types is a plus.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field. Experience in signage, advertising, or printing industries preferred. Familiarity with CRM tools and project tracking software is a bonus.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
