Job Summary:

You will be the first point of contact for individuals who have shown interest in our services. This is a

voice-based process

, requiring you to call back inquiries, explain our services, and assist potential clients through their onboarding journey.

This role demands excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you'll interact with clients from various nationalities and cultural backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

Call back leads and enquiries received through various channels Explain company services clearly, confidently, and persuasively Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions Follow up with clients proactively to move them through the process Coordinate internally with relevant departments for smooth service delivery

Requirements:

? Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills
? Ability to engage with clients of different cultures and mindsets
? Previous experience in a customer service or tele-calling role (preferably in financial services)
? Proactive, alert, and confident on calls
? Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory

Nice to Have:

Experience in debt management or financial advisory services Multilingual abilities (Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog, etc.) Knowledge of UAE financial regulations (a plus)
