Client Service Executive
to support our Dubai operations. The ideal candidate will handle client follow-ups, policy renewals, and ensure smooth customer service interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up on incoming leads and assist clients with their insurance inquiries
Manage
renewals
and ensure timely communication with clients
Provide excellent service and support across all insurance products
Maintain accurate records and update client information in systems
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of requests
Ensure a professional and positive client experience at all times
Requirements:
Must be on
own visa
Graduate
in any discipline
Fluency in English
(spoken and written)
Strong
computer skills
(MS Office, CRM tools, email handling)
Good communication and organizational skills
Prior experience in client service or insurance is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
