Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused

Client Service Executive

with experience in the

Exhibitions, Retail Display Solutions, Visual Merchandising, Signage, or Fit-Out industry.

The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth project execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to design, production, and installation teams. Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and feedback loops. Ensure timely delivery of services and resolve client issues proactively. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and project updates. Conduct site visits and attend client meetings as needed. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure quality and timely execution.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering field (preferred). Minimum

2-4 years

of experience in client servicing within the si

gnage, display, exhibitions, or fit-out industry.

Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
Preferred Skills

Knowledge of signage materials, production processes, and installation techniques. Experience in handling visual merchandising or exhibition setups. Familiarity with project management tools and client reporting.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
