Client Service Executive - Lead Follow-Up & Renewals

Our Dubai office is growing, and we are looking for a
Client Service Executive
to handle
follow-up calls
and
policy renewals
for our customers across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Follow-Up:
Call customers who enquire on Covermatch.com, share quotes, answer questions, and assist with completing purchases.
Renewal Calls:
Contact existing customers before policy expiry, remind them, and help them renew their policies.
Customer Engagement:
Build strong relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
CRM Updates:
Record all calls, follow-ups, and renewal statuses accurately in the CRM.
Collaboration:
Work with the sales and processing teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Preferred:
Female candidates under spouse sponsorship (or dependent visa).
Strong verbal communication in English .
Experience in telesales, customer service, or renewals preferred.
Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and basic computer tools.
Goal-oriented and proactive, with a customer-first approach.
