Client Servicing Executive

Liaise with clients to clarify project goals, scope, and specific requirements. Collaborate with design and production teams to deliver high-quality projects on time. Support the sales team by managing schedules and handling sales documentation. Identify potential challenges and offer proactive technical solutions. Contribute to design discussions by suggesting improvements for better project outcomes. Develop project timelines and track progress to align with team objectives. Supervise project execution and coordinate team activities for efficient workflows. Maintain organized project documentation and ensure easy access to essential materials. Develop and monitor project timelines to keep progress aligned with team goals. Coordinate team activities to improve project execution and operational efficiency. Organize and maintain comprehensive project documentation for easy access and reference. Prepare accurate job quotes and purchase orders based on project scope and cost analysis. Manage professional email communication to ensure clear stakeholder engagement. Conduct on-site client visits to assist with project planning and ensure successful delivery. Maintain accurate records of sales leads and customer orders. Monitor and control project expenses to ensure adherence to budget. Coordinate between departments and clients to deliver optimal service solutions.

Job Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Engineering / Technical Studies or Business Administration Proven 2 years' experience as a Client Service Executive or similar role in the Advertising, Printing, Fit Out, Signages industry is mandatory. Demonstrate advanced proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis, spreadsheet creation, formulas, and report generation. Adapt to flexible working hours to meet shifting project priorities and deadlines. Communicate complex information clearly and professionally to clients and team members. Performs effectively under pressure, ensuring timely project delivery and client satisfaction.

Valid UAE Driving License is Mandatory.*
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
