Client Servicing Executive

Liaise with clients to clarify project goals, scope, and specific requirements. Collaborate with design and production teams to deliver high-quality projects on schedule. Support the sales team by managing schedules and handling sales-related documentation. Identify potential challenges and provide proactive technical solutions. Contribute to design discussions with suggestions for improved project outcomes. Develop project timelines and track progress to align with team objectives. Supervise project execution and coordinate team activities for efficient workflows. Maintain organized project documentation and ensure accessibility of essential materials. Develop and monitor project timelines to ensure alignment with team goals. Coordinate team tasks to streamline project execution and maintain efficiency. Maintain well-organized project documentation for quick access and reference. Prepare accurate job quotes and purchase orders based on project needs and cost analysis. Manage professional email correspondence to maintain effective stakeholder communication. Conduct client site visits to facilitate planning and ensure project success. Maintain accurate records of sales leads and customer orders. Monitor and control project expenses to align with budgetary constraints. Coordinate between departments and clients to deliver optimal service solutions.

Job Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Engineering / Technical Studies or Business Administration Proven 2 years' experience as a Client Service Executive or similar role in the Advertising, Printing, Fit Out, Signages industry is mandatory. Should possess advanced skills in MS Office, specifically in Excel; including but not limited to data analysis, creating spreadsheets, using formulas and functions, and generating reports. Adapts to flexible working hours to meet dynamic project demands. Communicates complex information clearly and professionally to clients and team members. Performs effectively under pressure, ensuring timely project delivery and client satisfaction.

Valid UAE Driving License is Mandatory.*
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
