Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target prospective clients across industries to expand our client base
Generate leads through various channels and convert them into revenue opportunities
Must have valid UAE driving license.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop long-term partnerships
Understand client requirements and propose appropriate staffing/IT service solutions
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Prepare and deliver professional business presentations and proposals
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Nationality:
Arabic (mandatory)
Experience:
3 to 8 years in business development or sales
Language:
Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken & written)
IT Knowledge:
Strong understanding of IT concepts, solutions, and industry terminology
Communication:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Work Ethic:
Smart, hardworking, confident, and result-oriented with a sincere attitude
Pressure Handling:
Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
Advantageous:
Experience in staffing/professional services industry is a plus
