The role involves managing client expectations, validating service accuracy, monitoring document and process compliance, and following up with internal teams to ensure timely delivery. You will act as a bridge between advisory, operations, and compliance functions to maintain high-quality service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor the CRM system regularly to identify leads lacking follow-up, notes, or necessary client details.
Ensure a minimum of four follow-ups are completed for all active leads in the system.
Conduct spot checks by calling prospects to evaluate their experience with the assigned Business Solution Advisor (BSA), confirming that proposals were clearly explained and shared in a timely manner.
Re-engage with leads marked as "Closed Lost" or "No Response" to reassess their interest in proceeding with business setup.
Follow up with clients whose licenses have been released, offering post-setup services such as corporate tax registration and bank account opening assistance.

Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients to ensure consistent satisfaction throughout the business setup journey.
Proactively introduce and promote value-added services, including new offerings like corporate tax filing support and banking solutions.
Act as a single point of contact to address client inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure timely coordination between internal departments and the client.
