We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Client Relationship Executive
to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will act as a key point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction, resolving issues efficiently, and identifying opportunities to grow business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Build long-term relationships with clients based on trust and respect
Understand client needs and ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, customer support) to meet client expectations
Handle client queries, resolve complaints, and ensure overall satisfaction
Conduct regular follow-ups and check-ins to maintain positive relationships
Prepare reports on client interactions, feedback, and satisfaction levels
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services to existing clients
Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
Requirements:
Proven experience in client servicing, customer relationship management, or a similar role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to handle multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively
Problem-solving attitude with a client-first approach
Basic understanding of CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Guest Relation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Multilingual skills (if interacting with international clients)
