Role Overview

We're seeking a proactive and personable Client Relationship Executive to manage and grow relationships with our valued clients in the stone and granite sector. This role is pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining our reputation for quality and reliability in the construction and interior design markets.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B and B2C clients across the GCC. Understand client needs related to marble, granite, and natural stone products, and offer tailored solutions. Coordinate with sales, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and service excellence. Build long-term relationships with contractors, architects, and procurement managers. Conduct site visits and client meetings to assess project requirements and provide product recommendations. Monitor client feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. Maintain CRM records, prepare client reports, and track engagement metrics. Support marketing efforts by contributing to client-focused campaigns and testimonials.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in building materials or stone trading. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus). Familiarity with granite, marble, and natural stone products and their applications. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
