Key Responsibilities
Maintain excellent communication and strong relationships with existing clients.
Follow up on client requirements, ongoing projects, and service updates.
Acquire new clients through calls, meetings, and professional networking.
Assist clients with service-related queries and guide them clearly.
Manage company social media accounts and publish professional posts regularly.
Prepare simple reports, maintain client database, and track conversions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Represent the company professionally in calls, emails, and meetings.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills (English mandatory; Hindi/Urdu advantage).
Pleasant personality with strong client-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of finance, accounting, VAT, or corporate services preferred.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Social media handling skills (Instagram, LinkedIn posting).
Confident, trustworthy, and client-focused attitude.
