What You'll Do
Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business
Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts--handling queries, feedback, and solutions
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and timely project execution
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients
Track client interactions, prepare reports, and share insights with management
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing or related field preferred)
1-2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or customer success (B2B experience is a plus)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
A proactive mindset and passion for delivering outstanding client experiences
