Position
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Client Specialist to join our newly established Salon Prive department. This role is pivotal in delivering an exceptional luxury experience to our super elite clients. The Client Specialist will manage exclusive client events, coordinate one-to-one meetings, and support VIP Client Managers to ensure the highest standards of service and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

One-to-One Client Meetings:

+ Coordinate and manage one-to-one meeting's agenda within Salon Prive ensuring all preparations are flawless.
+ Working closely with VIP Client Managers to keep them on track with their appointments to ensure the calendar is full of high-quality meetings.
+ Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders to ensure effective scheduling and preparation for client meetings.
+ Work closely with other departments to ensure the availability of selected merchandise and bespoke services prior to client meetings.

Client Experience Management:

+ Enhance the VIP client portfolio by recruiting high-net-worth clients through business and corporate connections with external stakeholders and business getters
+ Support VIP Client Managers during client visits, offering personalized assistance and ensuring an unparalleled luxury experience.
+ Address any client needs or requests promptly and efficiently, maintaining the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
+ Collect and analyze client feedback to continuously enhance the luxury experience.

Exclusive Client Events:

+ Support the organization of exclusive client events within Salon Prive.
+ Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all events within Salon Prive adhere to Dior's brand standards and guidelines.
+ Set the full agenda for Salon Prive events, ensuring it is engaging, tailored to client expectations, and reflects the essence of Dior.
+ Monitor and forecast an accurate marketing and event budget.
+ Prepare the required reports for the event guest list criteria and post-event reports for all Salon Prive events.
+ Ensure all aspects of the Salon Prive events, from invitations to execution, are meticulously handled to reflect the Dior brand's luxury standards.

Collaboration and Support:

+ Work in close collaboration with the Uber Luxury Manager and other team members to achieve departmental goals.
+ Assist in the development of strategies to attract and retain elite clients, enhancing client loyalty and satisfaction.
+ Stay informed about Dior's latest products, services, and events to provide knowledgeable and informed assistance to clients.
Profile

+ Proven experience in a luxury retail environment, with a strong focus on client experience and event management.
+ Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with elite clients.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring every client interaction is flawlessly executed.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
