What You'll Do

  • Support the Head of Business Development in translating Talabat's value proposition into effective commercial models and business cases
  • Lead end-to-end acquisition of top restaurants and local partners to join cloud kitchens, handing over closed contracts to construction teams
  • Identify and generate new leads while engaging and networking with prospective partners
  • Collaborate with construction, legal, and finance teams on business case development
  • Advise vendors on Talabat's services and support them in business expansion via cloud kitchens
  • Coordinate partner equipment movement and kitchen stall design with construction teams to optimize processes
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and successful integration of acquired partners into the platform
  • Introduce best practices from the market to enhance Talabat's value proposition
  • Improve acquisition success rates by ensuring quality and strong partner engagement
Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in partner acquisition, business development, or sales, preferably in Cloud Kitchens or F&B industries
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills with proven business development experience
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is required
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in tools such as Tableau or Looker preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support negotiations and business case development
  • Proven ability to manage large cross-functional projects with on-time delivery
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and stakeholder management skills
